🚛 Where We Deliver
We ship Australia-wide, including all major metro areas and regional locations.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframes
● Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide): 2–4 business days
● Regional Areas & WA/NT/TAS: 4–7 business days
● Click & Collect (Sydney Warehouse): Ready in 1–2 business days

📐 Delivery Requirements
● Someone must be present to receive large deliveries
● For bulky commercial orders, please ensure forklift or offloading assistance is available if needed

We use a mix of trusted couriers and freight services, depending on your order size and location — including Direct Freight Express and dedicated pallet carriers.

Shipping rates vary by weight, location and product type.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
❗ Change of Mind
We accept returns for most items if:
● Returned within 14 days of delivery
● Products are unused, undamaged and in original packaging
📦 A 20% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and warehouse costs.
You will need to arrange return freight at your own cost, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
● Custom-cut or clearance items
● Opened packs of tiles or vinyl
● Adhesive/glue products
● Used or installed flooring
● Special-order items
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos and your order number to info@carpettiles1.com.au
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation
