1. * Is there existing carpet on the floor?

2. * Do you require us to remove and dispose of existing carpet?

3. * Is the building currently occupied?

4. * Are we required to move furniture?

5. * What is the access like. Are there parking loading/unloading facilities?

6. * Are we required to remove existing carpet/carpet tiles. If so are they permanently glued? Can you lift a few meters and tell us what you find?

7. * Is your floor in good order or does your existing floor have imperfections such as cracks or holes etc.? Do you require us to carry out floor preparation to rectify and make good any floor imperfections?
